The inspection was one of the few things that went smoothly during the home buying process. Mr. Hackney was very professional and quick to reply to any e-mail or phone calls. He was very thorough and receptive to our questions during the inspection. He also took the time to go through his findings and explain them to us. If you need an inspector, we would definitely recommend calling Alert Residential Inspection.

 Mr. Hackney showed up early, was very professional and conducted a very thorough inspection in a timely manner. He took the time to explain everything he felt needed to be addressed to me personally as he went as well as afterwards. His report was thorough, easy to read and the problems he encountered were clearly marked. My agent told me he used the type of report that agents prefer. His price was also the lowest of any quote I received, so I would highly recommend Jerry Hackney and Alert Inspections to anyone.
